Sim1 locked sim is locked need to open it

First thing to do is to call your service provider to check if your phone is locked to their network. Alternativelyvensure the sim is rica'ed and wipe down the imsi the gold chip at the back of your simcard and test it again. If it's not the simcard then alternatively it could be the phone not reading the sim

my sim is stc they need input sim1 pin what i write plz tell me

double contact occur dur to copy of same contact from sim to handset or to handset to sim.go for contact select delete all and then sim1 r sim 2 after that enter security code(default:0000).
FORGET CODE:first make a copy of handset nos to sim1 while doing select the option DELETE ORIGINAL

Maybe you phone is network locked.You need to make it unlock so you will be able to use you sim or any sim you want.
But it may cause to void you phone warranty.

put sim card back into #2..switch sim #2 by itself...now call the Lebera carrier from a land phone (the tech will help you reset the lebara sim card)..once you are back on with lebara switch back to dual sim.........

Insert your working SIM1 to phone SIM2 SLOT Insert your not working SIM2 to phone SIM1 SLOT

Solution :

• If your SIM2 that you inserted into SIM1 SLOT remain not working !

1. Your sim card is defected or Phone does not support this sim card!

• If your SIM1 that you inserted into SIM2 SLOT is not working

1. There is a problem with phone's SIM2 SLOT

hey,i just got mine yesterday and i experience the same thing but i figured out how to do it on my own.im a fourteen year old and was surprised that i got it but heres how you get it to work...

first, go to settings and hit dual sim settings.

second, theres gonna be four options theres:dual SIM open,only SIM1 open,only SIM 2 open,or flight mode.depending on what slot you put your sim card in thats the one youll choose,i put mine in the first slot so i hit only SIM1 open.\

next, you take the back off of your phone and double check that your sim card is in the correct slot.

then, put the back of your phone back on and turn your phone on.

finally,when it turns on your network should come up the the top where it used to say insert SIM1 or insert SIM2, and i have at&t so when i turned mine on single showed up at the top right under the little symbols at the top.

You can get PUK code by calling your operator. all they ask is your phone number and serial number which will be on the back side of your SIM.
