This may be due to several reasons, the most common being damaged system files and faulty hardware. If you can write down the error code (assuming you are using windows), go to microsoft's web site and it might have the answer to wich is the problem. If you have more than 1 memory module, remove them all and try them 1 by 1. Sometimes RAM just dies on you.

try to look on the wires of the casing. you can see the names on it of each wires.
PWR LED are the light on the case of your cpu(steady light)
+HD- is led light of hardisk.
+PW- is the switch of you power button.
+RES- is the switch of your reset button.

+SPEAK- speaker of your computer that is located on the front of your casing. it has a hole on it so that you just can insert a speaker with a rc jack aside from the rear casing of your speaker.

i think your cpu is generating too much heat thats why cpu's fan tries to cool down the heat. i think you need to apply some thermal paste . if you don't know what i am saying then i think you better take it to a technician to do it because it is complicated work.

I have been using a Giabyte GA-K8NSC-939 motherboard in my pc. When I tried to power it up today, all I get in a repeating long beep. The manual suggests that it is a refresh issue but offers no solution....

try to massage the your keyboard.. then open your pc..

after that clean up your memory ram... then put your inside the slot

again.. then try to open your pc ...

NOTE: THE LONG BEEP IN THE PC IS NOT A REFRESH ISSUE.. there was just a keyboard key stocks..

Gigabyte GA-8INXP Motherboard Problem- front connector pins

If the wires from the reset switch is white/blue the blue wire is positive, Hdd red/white red is positive power Green/white Green is positive etc. The wires on the speaker connector will be red/black/black/white - red is positive. The colored wire is always positive. On all GA mb's the positive connection is always towards the back of the MB and are marked with a + on the base of the pin as you can see on the photo. Hope this help.
