Question about Panasonic Televison & Video
11 blinks on Panasonic TC-P58V10 will be encountered once faulty fan(s) is/are detected upon self check. You have to double check the error code, let the unit unplug from the AC source (outlet) for at least one hour and check if the error code still 11 blinks, if so, I would advice you to check which fan(s) will not spin at the rear panel upon powering on the unit. If you've found a faulty fan, you have to replaced it with new one to resume it's operation.
Please let me know if you need further assistance.
Have a great day and good luck!

The error codes are useless. Useally not even expained in service manual. You will have to take the TV apart and inspect. What happing is the power supply is being restricted to low voltage and entering protection mode because a fault is detected. If you can check for a few odvious problums on the power supply, aside from that finding the cause can be more complex, experience and a service manual is likly required.
Check for any obvious issues such as bulged capacitors, burnt components or bad fuses on the power supply.

Your TV is in warranty period I thinks. If so, company is liable and will repair it free fo charge. There is "repair, replace, refund gurantees. Your gurantee card and broshure will tell you that. Look at it.
For what you are going to take the risk.
