Hello,my hp deskjet got some problem of error E on my screen and the catridge keep stuck on half,pls help me and thank you very much !!!!

SOURCE: prin queue problem
disconnect printer from computer
cancel documents in queue
if using a straight USB connection, delete all instances of printer. else remove duplicate printer icons.
reboot & reconnect printer (swap cables if not detected)
This will fix your problem.

Try putting in a DIFFERENT cartridge first then back to the refilled one.
HP tried forcing one to install new by imbedding a serial number in the cartridge read by the printer. Once you temporarily change to a different serial number it will accept the old again.
