I am missing 2 base system device drivers on my HP Probook 6550b and I have installed every chipset and network drive on the HP site

"Base System Device" is your card reader, I had the same problem. If you dont use it jst disable the device, otherwise the drivers should be on your alienware Master CD, if not get a tech support guy to send 'em to you.
