Question about HP Officejet Pro K850 InkJet Printer
My printer driver version is 3.3. My operating system Mac OX 10.4.11
When I print from either InDesign direct or from a PDF I'm getting a fine white line directly in the centre of my output when I print on 'Best' quality. It disappears if I use 'Normal' setting. I cannot print on quality stock (gloss or satin) at the highest dpi. I've tried various paper choices to see if that helps, but to no avail. Also when I print at the 'Best' quality, the white outline of a text box prints (normally invisible), even from the PDF created. If I print in 'Normal' mode all lines disappear.

Perform a half paper path test. Put the paper in the manual feed tray, print a test page, when half of paper is pulled in the printer open toner door so the printer stops. remove the toner and check print is the issue there you have trouble with your toner cartridge. Otherwise there is an issue with fuser. Mostly I think you have an issue with tonercartridge, try take it out and shake gentle

I would suggest you get a set of original HP cartridges .. I have clients trying to save $ all the time by buying refilled and/or refilling themselves to only go and get HP brand. Refills just don't cut it .. leaks, poor print quality, unrecognized cartridges .. there are so many things that I can point out .. save yourself the hassles .. get HP

if the ink level is more than half then try to clean the cartridges and the contacts on the printer with a lint free cloth and from printer options as well..
press setup button > go to tools > try to clean cart / align the cart and then try to print..
if it doesnt help try with another set of cart.
