This is an unanswered direct ask to user smellofpoo. There is no problem to explain more clearly. Perhaps if you reread it, you will understand. It is self explanatory.

    regards

Hi There, I don't know what e-mail you are expecting. But specific questions that are not covered in the FAQ's can be addressed by the Support Team: http://www.fixya.com/contact She just got back from vacation so there is probably a healthy backlog. Be patient. She always gets to it. Best regards Mike

I tried what wah suggested and I am still not able to print. What do I do? Does this cost any additional money to ask this question?

Since you are posting your question on the Free Thread page, you may receive responses immediately or may be delayed, but you can still post as many questions as you can until you are satisfied and your problem is fixed, there's no limit. If you are posting a new thread, you need to mention the description about your problem, otherwise FixYa experts can't assume the question or problem themselves. I would also suggest you to reply to the first solution so that he/she will assist you further with another better solution for you.

If you wish to get immediate response, you may opt for Premium Assistance or Premium Chat or Premium Phone Support, but you'll be charged for the solution.
Good luck

Thanks for using FixYa.

HP total care is not working

Most often HP total care not functioning is caused by turning off UAC, presuming that you are using Windows Vista. If you are on Vista, UAC must be enabled, and your account must have a high enough security level, to use the HP Total Care solution.

If this information assists you in resolving the problem, please take a moment to rate the solution at a "FixYa" level. If you do not feel that you can rate at a "FixYa", please post back with more information regarding what has occurred subsequently and/or more details regarding the situation, and I will gladly help you until we have reached a definitive solution.
