Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies

HP1610 Allin one model. Serial no. MY52ED41WI Scanner only shows half, the other half is black. Can you help please?

    Followed your advice.
    Cleaned the cartridges and surrounds, but no improvement, any other solutions?

    thankyou for all your help. We tried them then had paper jam repeatedly so we have decided it's time to get a new machine. Thanks again

    To libra. Couldn't tell if it worked as the old printer kept jamming.

    We have thrown out the printer with the problem and purchased a new one. No further help needed.

Dear,

unplug the printer, press and hold "OK" and "Cancel" at the same time.
hopefully, it can solve the problem.
if not then there is a possiblity of  firmware problem and that the board has to be replaced...

    dear,

    if the previous one doesnt effect then do these steps

    T.S Steps
    1. Disconnect the Universal Serial Bus (USB) cable from the back of the product, but leave the product turned on. 
    2. Open the cover of the product and remove the print cartridges. 
    3. Close the cover and wait for the Insert Ink Cartridges message to display. 
    4. Disconnect the power cord from the back of the product and wait for one minute.
    5. Reconnect the power cord. If the product does not automatically turn on, press the Power button. 
    6. Open the cover and reinsert the print cartridges.
    7. Close the cover. If prompted, print a calibration page.
    8. Reconnect the USB cable, and try to print a print job from the computer.

    by the way, try to uninstall and reinstall the driver and select the dimension through software correcty, through which u r scanning the required pics or docs

Try hard reset .

Unplug the power cord of printer for 30 minutes . This will reset the printer .
Plug back the power cord to printer .

If your problem is not solved check the cartridge .

Symbol Model LS 9208, Bar code Scanner loaded factory setting, its scans(beeps) but does not display /show in the notepad.


If the scanner is connected through USB connection, the barcode should appear in the Notepad. If you use the Serial connection RS232, the Barcode data are showed than in Hyperterminal or other application, which is interpreting data from Serial Port.
Please scan the barcode from Product Guide according to your connection. And check the scanned data in an application - Notepad for Keyboard Wedge or USB, Hyperterminal for RS232.

Hp1610 scaner/printer


Normal 0 Driver could be corrupt.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.

does the f380 copy if you put in a document in the scanner and try to copy / print it.

That would indicate that the scanner works, but there would be a problem with the pc side of things.

photosmart 7660, is the power adater good?
