It sounds like to me you might have got liquid(s) in your keyboard, or it's stuck.

On my Toshiba Satellite Pro M15-S405, i would push a certain letter on the keyboard and instead of typing that letter, it would make a window pop up. Is there some kind of setting that i can change to...

Your windows key (the one with the flag) appears to be blocked. Try pressing them both (or 1, if you only have 1) once, see if the keys work again. If not, try taking the keys off the keyboard (just put somthing under them and pull) and put them bac on. If that doesn't help either, you will have to have your keyboard replaced.

How to type caracter on top of letter n

Under Windows hold down ALT while typing the appropriate number code on your numeric keypad to create characters with tilde accent marks. For Windows, the number codes for the upper case letters are:
ã 0195
ñ 0209
õ 0213
For Windows, the number codes for the lower case letters are:
ã 0227
ñ 0241

Toshiba satelite m35x-s163 some keys aren't working

The keypad buttons on laptops are very sensative. It depends on what you cleaned them with, but I would suspect that you accidentally loosened or "popped" some of the letter pads out of place. You can try to fix this yourself by checking the letters you are having problems with. See if they are seated or fastened correctly. Be sure they are positioned right then apply a very light downward pressure and it should snap in place. If your not comfortable do this yourself (the keys are easy to break) then take it to your local computer repair shop. Thanks!

Upgrade the processor on a Toshiba equium l40 series from a celron M

The core2 duo chips will be a different socket to your celeron cpu so can do that unfortunately. You may be able to upgrade to a faster cpu of the same socket type but will probably need a bios update for it to run at proper speed.

Unfortunately laptops arent really designed to be upgraded at all bar extra ram/hd/dvdrw.

Hope that helps?
