HP Photosmart scanner problems

I am not familiar with this printer.

Make sure you have the latest service pack and critical updates for the version of Windows that you are running. To find recent security updates, visit Windows Update.Then re-install the printer's driver ..Download the driver for hp photosmart 5510 from the link below:

Once you opened this page ..click the download button and save the file to your disk ..

Install the right version for your windows 32 or 64 bit system.

You need the full package to make the printer work.
Just the driver is not enough.
