My problems started after my password was reset. I try to log into the modem set up by typing 192.168.1.1 but failed and i cannot get into the aztech login set up. I think my modem still good since i can still see my wireless signal and my old set up name in the net work... but i can't really go in ... to reset it to my new password.... can anybody help

I guess you probably aint set-up a wireless router before, what you need to do is get it connected up so you revieve local area is connected then, load internet explorer you will recieve a message like page not displayed. where you usually type in www.ebay.com for example type in the number thats on the bottom of the router ie it looks somthing like this 192.168.1.1 for example. a menu will then appear, fill in your broadband username details etc and you should be up and going, if you have problems feel free to email me,, All the best John Auctionscotland@tiscali.co.uk

hmmm...only thing that makes sense here is that your dSL is unhappy...did you check that phone line into the modem? that's what the internet light means when it's out, actually..if its not the line, then it's the modem..
not much else that is off on this.
