This is not a blown fuse , you will need to get a convergence done by calling your local repair shop to have it repaired. if you havea warranty use it otherwise it will cost about $400 for the tech to come out to repair it

Samsung led TV un60es8000 dark blotchy area on the upper right of screen. Most noticeable on greys, blues and blacks. The picture attached is the color most responsive to this issue (dark grey). Lighter...

This is caused by one of two things; a bad LED grouping (most common cause) either because the LEDs are bad or the power distributor fuse is blown and the group isn't getting power from the power supply unit. Or two: bad pixel group. But I'd check your backlight power supply for bad connections, blown fuses, or check your led groups for bad leds.

Convergience not working, three color pictures and concaved top and bottom. Is there a module that I can replace?

Check the small brown fuse FL231 located just to the lower right of the flyback. There are 3 small brown fuses. The middle one is FL231. Most likely it is blown. The reason it blows is because of the lead free solder used on the new boards. If you turn the board over you will probably find cracked solder joints on the flyback terminals. Re-solder all of the flyback terminals and replace the fuse if it is blown. This fuse tells the TV that it is a rear frojection TV and not a standard CRT

Colors are offset

try replaceing the two STK392-560 ICs and also check the six pico fuses on the D board right next to the ICs and then also check to two IC links on the G board as they can often be blown when the ICs fail.

Panasonic TH-42PX600U plasma TV. No power at all. Where is the fuse (if any)?

I'm having the exact same problem. My Panasonic 42 inch TH-42PX60U just turned off while I was watching TV. I removed the fuses (both were blown) and replaced them and am now getting the red light that blinks ten times.

What should I do now???

Thanks!

Hello The common FL231 fuse problem that these set has can be identified by asking the question DO you have the convergence option under setup in the customer menu. If you do not then there is a 99 percent chance you have this. I have written detail repair instrucitons on this under my profile in the tips and tricks section of fixya. I use union electronics for parts but just google the part and you can find many distribitors of the fuse. should not cost no more than 5 dolars and if you can solder the repair shouldnt take more than an hour to complete. Be carefull and good luck. This repair is on you can do if you have any trouble let me know.

Fl231

Some of those models are a different version of the PTK195 chassis some dont have the fuse. in that case you will need the convergence power supply board thats what likely blew the 5 Amp fuse. let me know if you need help locating one of those power supply boards.

#1 problem for this TV. Check to see if your color wheel is spinning. The lamp will not light if the color wheel is not spinning. This color wheel goes bad easily.
