M188b is the model number of the kitchen printer RPE database version is 12.0031 product version is 184.108.40.206
Number 1 reason for odd fonts or behavior of printers is the wrong driver installed. RPE is very fussy about this. Download the driver that PCAmerica recommends to use, not the most recent. The G1 could be a setup problem in your inventory, but I would have to remote into PC and look. If interested, email me.

you have to first create a "Kitchen" printer by going to manager --> setup --> friendly printer setup, then click add printer and name it KITCHEN. associate the printer you are using for the kitchen with this printer by highlighting it on the right.
next go to inventory maintenece and select an item you want to go the kitcken printer, click on the 'printers' tab for that item, click add printer and select the KITCHEN printer

Your getting a connection successful because your looking at the localhost. The server would be the network name of your server. And the password is case sensitive and is pcAmer1ca. (Note the number 1, not an i)
