Question about Dell Computers & Internet
My old keyboard was working so i got a new one and some of the keys are not working
If your keyboard is USP/2 check its cable pins (if any of them broken or bent) if it is ok, then make sure to try it in BIOS mode or DOS mode . if not working extract it and plug it in other pc , if it still not working then go buy your self a new one. if its working in dos mode then it a keyboard windows driver problem it con be resolved by going in to safe mode and deleting keyboard from device manager then rebooot
