Question about Washing Machines
Also, throwing NO codes....... I have run the QC test mode (unplug for 20 mins or so, then press the spin speed/soil level ...... Then X amount of pressing the start/pause button, to get it to do Y) In that, it will not spin or drain........... Any suggestions to help me 'narrow down' what is the problem (or did I 'lose' the pump AND something else simultaneously?)

I just fixed this problem in my kenmore washer today. You need to take out the three small screws on the bottom of the front panel. You will need a star shaped screw driver. The panel will fall off when the last screw is removed. After taking off the panel, you will see a large round piece in the middle that should be white; take this piece and turn it to remove the filter. Your filter is most likely clogged with small laundry items or lint and dirt. Remove the blockage and the washer will work great again. This is frustrating, so my wife and I are going out to buy some netting bags for washing small items. Make sure you have a towel under the drain before you open it.
Before doing this though, take a second and reach up under the rubber gasket that circles the inside of the washer door. Your blockage could just be in this area. Our washer had both areas blocked.
Hope this helps

It sounds like you need to re programme the
With the machine plugged into the wall and
turned on and the headset turned off this is what
Push and hold down the start button, while doing that you need to then push and hold down the power button.
Hold them down for about 5 seconds, during
which time you may a series of up to 3 beeps.
Then release the buttons.
Turn the machine off and then on again followed by the start button. Allow the machine to then run the complete cycle.
This should correct your problem, if this doesn't then you may need to then look at replacing the computer panels.
