Question about Alpine Car Audio & Video
The remote wire for turning on an amplifier is the blue or blue/white wire. Many of them actually have it printed in VERY tiny letters on the wire itself. If you're unsure when looking at it (if you have two blue wires, for example), you should be able to use either of them - in the case of a harness with two blue wires, one is intended for the amplifier turn-on, and the other is a power antenna activation wire. Both are a 5V signal, so you can use either one as their functionality is also the same.
