Check your power supply switch/cable first, if they're both plugged in and on, check your backup/power strip (whichever you have) make sure they are on/plugged in. After that, if everything is correct, check the fuse box. If all of this is on/working correctly respond with more specifics (type of PC, power connections etc....) otherwise, mark it solved.
