I want to upgrade the memory and cannot find any instructions on how to access the memory. I think that it is under the keyboard. How do I remove the keyboard?

- thank you for the recommendation. I have considerable experience. With a service guide I could make a considered decision whether it is too difficult to attempt myself. A service guide is still on the radar.
I most definitley do not recommend you do any work to laptop especially removal of the keyboard, This is critical and can mess up your computer. I would recommend that you take it to a local Best Buy store to a Geek Squad Agent to help and usually they charge like $40-$50.00 dollars for something small like that, which is not bad if you compare I TAKE THE KEYBOARD OUT MYSELF (and risk or break something in the computer that causes it to crash V.S. taking it to a authorized agent and having them liable to fix it (AND IF THEY MESS UP THE LAPTOP, THEY'RE RESPONSIBLE, which means you get a new laptop ;-) ) Take my advice wisely, I have had 20 computers, I have tried things myself and have had my share....I am not underestimating you, It's just no one should do that by themselves they should take it to a professional.

- Yeah, If you want to take the risk of messing something up and being reliable you can go that way. Or you can pay a cheap fee and make someone else reliable for anything getting messed up. I mean that's how I would do it. But I do apologize that I could not assist with this.

Our acer keyboard has been acting up for a few days. When we hit the "K" it turns off our wireless on the computer and we have to reset to turn it back on. Other keys are turning off other features on the computer. Not sure why this is happening. Any way to reset the keyboard or correct this problem?

For a few weeks now i have had a problem connecting to my wireless network. I thought it could have been a problem with the network itself of the modem but i have another laptop that can still connect without any hassles. I am able to still get on the net but i need to use my wireless USB plug-n (for use while traveling) The computer says i have no network at all so it doesnt make sence to me, i even had a technitian look at it for me and he said it could be a problem with the hardware. My laptop is still under warenty and i went back to visit the seller and they told me to do this. Can you please help me? Thank you for your time Mrs Nick
