Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Make iGoogle Your Startup Page in Microsoft Outlook

If you are a Microsoft Outlook user that regularly uses iGoogle as your dashboard, have you ever thought about combining the two? It's nearly trivial to add your iGoogle page to Outlook and make it the startup page.

Create a new folder by right-clicking anywhere in the folder tree and choosing "New Folder"

Give the folder a relevant name, something like iGoogle works.

Now right-click on the new folder and choose Properties, and then on the Home Page tab, check the box for "Show home page by default for this folder" and put this into the address box:

http://www.google.com/ig

Of course you can use any web page as your startup page, not just iGoogle.

At this point you should be able to see your iGoogle page by just clicking on the folder.

Set iGoogle as the Default Startup Page

Open up the Options panel through Tools \ Options on the menu, and then choose the Advanced Options button on the Other tab.

You'll see a setting for "Startup in this folder" with a Browse button next to it. Click that button and choose the iGoogle folder as your startup page.

Now when you startup Outlook, you'll be taken directly to your iGoogle dashboard (you do have to login the first time).

Lost my home page.i wish goole to be my home page. it has changed yo bt. why

My home page is igoogle...and I've loved it. BUT, Google is dropping igoogle November 1st and I'll have to figure out something else. It is somewhat suggested that igoogle home page users switch to Google Chrome page and set it up as a home page... and Google doesn't really even seem very excited about THAT. Hmm.. right now, the idea of setting something up with Google Chrome impresses me about as much as kissing my own sister. I'm thinking mostly about switching to Yahoo.... but there are a few others available.. You might want to check this out... http://www.techsupportalert.com/content/6-great-alternatives-igoogle.htm Good luck!!

I have ask.com as my default when I go out on the Internet. How do I change it to google.com as my default so ask.com does not come up.

go to google.com on the search engine, on the search page it should show a gmail sign up & to the left of the page it should show make google your homepage, just follow the prompts

you can even put a icon on your desktop of google,,when your on your google home page--right click the google name & go to create shortcut, & it should put a shortcut to igoogle on your desktop,,that's what I did

to check to see if igoogle is your home page do the following steps
Go to the start menu
Then to control panel
Network & internet connections
Go to OR PICK A CONTROL PANEL ICON
Click on internet options
The menu should show--internet properties
In the general tab at the top should be home page
Check to see if google is there for home page
If it's not type it in--igoogle & click apply & ok

How do I delete the vshare toolbar off my computer so that igoogle is my defaulted home page?

Is this a toolbar or homepage issue? If it's a toolbar, go up into the gray area by your internet menu, right click, and then click on any toolbar you don't want to appear to uncheck it. Since igoogle is not a toolbar, you may have to reset your internet explorer homepage. To do this, go to Tools on the menu bar, then internet options, In the white box where it says home page, make sure igoogle is listed there. If not, type it in and click apply. That should take care of the problem. If you want to completely delete the Vshare toolbar, go to start, control panel, programs, unistall program, scroll down the list to find the vshare toolbar, click on it to highlight it, and then click uninstall at the top of the window.

Go to the Tools" tab on IE; scroll down to Internet Options and left click. In the top of the Internet Options window, you can change your home page to what ever you like. Erase the www.google.com or whatever is in there and replace it. Try www.msn.com, then click apply.
