Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Need a network key for my device sylvania wireless mobile interney device

I assume you mean that - When you try to connect to the internet at home, it is asking for the 'key'
This is the same key (like a password) that you used to set up your Wireless Router to connect to the Internet... Typically a WEP security key can be 26 digits long....
If you have a Router, try the handbook you got with it for the IP Address (like typing this into your browser window should connect you to the Router, but you will still need to know the Login User Name (also in the User Manual along with the Login Password) for the Router.
Typically this could be Admin and Admin The User manual will give you all the information you need - not only for setting it up, but also for getting Online.
If you haven't got a Router connected to your Telephone line - chances are you are trying to connect to a neighbours Wireless system and this is not legal - which is why passwords (keys) are used.
Connecting to a FREE network - say - in MacDonalds - they will ask for some details about you and then GIVE you the key.
If I've completely missed the reason for your question, please come back and let me know, Thank you

Wireless router on but not working

Who is your ISP? I belive what you have is a modem router. If the interney light is not lit then it only mean that the actiontec is bridged and you need to use a dialer on your pc to connect to your ISP. If the internet light is lit, no need for a dialer just connect it straight to your pc and check your internet.
