Question about Heating & Cooling
I t could be a weak spark on the electrode , or the electrode is cracked
could need a clean , bad connection to the electrode , any of these .
It mat well need a service.

You definetly have a control issue. However trying to diagnose the exact problems that you have would be very difficult without actually seeing the wiring. You defintely have a wiring/control issue but I cannot tell you exactly what it is without more info. Sorry, I would love to help you more...

Hi my boiler has just started to do the same. Have you had yours fixed and do you know what the cause was and how the problem was solved?

Yes usually it is indeed the thermostat, or Thermistor, all part of the control circuit. You did not indicate what type of setup you have. I suggest you Google for a thing called a service manual. This will aid in diagnosis, and repair of your system.
