Question about Car Audio & Video
Had the battery changed.now the radio/CD will not work. The serial number is M098983.Another number that has come up is B301259 and 000F15225
When you disconnect your battery and then reconnect itagain, it disables the radio. This is an anti-theft protection for your carradio.
The enable your radio the activation code is in your vehicle owner's manual. Ifyou do not have this code you need to go to your vehicle manufacturer's service centre andget them to enter this code for you.

you should look in your glove box in the owners manual or with the papers you got when you got the car, and see if you have a card or a piece of paper that tells you what the code is. If not you will have to call your local mercedes dealer and give them your vin/serial number and they can look it up for you.
