Cant reset the reset switch
Sometimes the motor of it have something called CARBON BRUSH inside,, try to look at it and replays a new one,,,,it is the most common trouble of a drill when its getting old olready but still can be fix by your self..good luck its not to hard..

If you have not done it already put the motor in the 1st gear. this will give you the most torque. Try that while pouring a lot of water to it.
Worse case is you disconnect the bit from the rig. Drill a hole on each side of the barrel at the end that connects to the motor big enough to stick a big piece of rod or rebar through. With two people twisting on the rod you usually can get the bit out.
