I will assume you are using windows...
Restart your computer in Safe Mode (press F8 when it starts loading and select that option from the menu that shows up)
When it is loaded, log in as Administrator, then go to Control Panel > User Accounts > your username, and change the account type to Administrator.
Done! Restart and boot normally.
