I will assume you are using windows...
Restart your computer in Safe Mode (press F8 when it starts loading and select that option from the menu that shows up)
When it is loaded, log in as Administrator, then go to Control Panel > User Accounts > your username, and change the account type to Administrator.
Done! Restart and boot normally.

Cannot move through an open site

Web filters and policies sometimes pick up a site that should not be filtered. Contact your IT dept, and have it placed in an exceptions list or modify policy.

If you are logged in as any other user, then the administrator has set up restrictions on the control. So to send photos and other data log in as administrator or ask the administrator to give full control to others user.

Thanks.......

Cant access my control pannel

"Canceled due to restrictions on your computer" means that the administrative account has not allowed you to access all features. See to it that whoever else uses that computer knows that you are blocked out, at least one of them is the admin.

Ok if the virus and its drops is actually been removed. Then try to use REMOVE RESTRICTION TOOLS. it is a stool tool. Goggle it, download and run. Then reboot your computer. It runs on XP. Don't use it in Vista coz I still not tried that.

you're victim of some kind of mailware that restrict administrative rights it is certainly the cause of your email problem too.
Download DIALAFIX
run it and go to policies, then scan, normally a line should appear, select remove, reboot, retry.
it should then allow you to access and perhaps your mail problems will be solved already..

Control panel

The problem is that you do not have administrator rights on your computer for this user. Logout and then log back in as the administrator. Then you will be able to access the control panel user accounts. If you can't log in as the administrator or another user that has administrator rights, there is nothing you can do.

Good Luck!
