I just got a DCP-135C inject printer as a gift but without the manual or driver.it is a multifunction. but i do not yet know how to operate it and put it to use.also, the instruction language hardwired is strange to me. Please can someone brief me on how to change the language, load papers, print, and photocopy.

Normal 0 Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.

This is a generic problem for many printers. Some printers print black by 4 catridges. Try this, or it will be better that you call service support.

The process to get to the print head will take you approx. 1 hour. Without being trained on it, there is a high failure rate upon completion.

The Scanner assembly needs to be taken off. Harness Cables for the Scanner need to be removed.The Upper Case Assembly needs to be taken off. Printhead casing and printhead tubing calbes need to be removed, printhead mainboard needs to be removed, and then you have access to the printhead.
