There is programs that you can get of the net that will give you the cd key as long as you can use the computer you can load this program & it will tell you the CD key. I have two of them from when I used to own a computer repair shop

Did windows come with the computer or was it a later purchase?
If it is the first scenario, the guys who assembled the computer must (should) have placed a sticker somewhere with the serial number.
If it was the second, I believe Microsoft will not be a great help.
(As an option, there is Linux. Hard to fine tune at first, but no viruses and totally FREE software)

Im afraid there isnt. You have to buy another copy even with the disk. You could try installing it but you would have only thirty days to activate with your serial or else you wont be able to log on. It is not legal to use any sort of patches to automatically activate it for you.
