Hello,

Turn on your PC in safe mode by Pressing F8 on the keyboard immediately the PC is turned on or at start up.

A booting option will come up, choose safe mode and press enter on your key board.

Wait a while for it to boot up. After booting perform system restore.

System restore helps to back date your system to the time when the Digitizer pro was working perfectly. YOu can back date the system to like 1 week ago.

Follow below procedures to perform the system restore;

• Start => All Programs => Accessories => System Tools => and click the System Restore. System restore will run and here you should see the Welcome System Restore page appear. Click Restore my computer button to an early time if it's not already selected. Click next to continue the steps.
• There is on your laptop screen a Restore Point page appear, you can select it and then click the most recent system checkpoint it, click a restore point list. After you click the Next button, System Restore message may appear that lists configuration changes that System Restore will create. Click OK.

Your computer will be restarted after the restore and that would be all.

Try the Digitizer pro again, after the system restore is complete.

it's an application error try to disable it during startup by clicking start, select run, in the dialog box type "msconfig" (without the qoute) in the Systems Confiuration Utility window select the startup button located at the upper right portion. clear the check box that has an entry of 'atbroker' then click apply/ok then restart your pc. hope this helps.

un-install then re-install the software
