The condenser coil is located behind the cover on top of the two doors and when you take it off you see the coils that look like a radiator (fins and copper pipes) ,turn of the refrigerator and with a brush and a vacuum clean the coil very carefully and don't push to hard against the fins.

It sounds like you need someone who knows what they are doing out to your house. A tech should find and repair or replace the component that leaks. A second trip should be not be needed. The fact you have mold tells me they have never properly did your repair. Mold will grow only when the cavity gets above 40 degrees for a sustained period of time. use http://www.subzero.com/locator/locator.aspx?type=0&zip=02030 or call 800-222-7820 and explain the situation and get another company to fix it right.

SOURCE: Sub-Zero 511 Freon Leak
Paul, we have the same problem with a built-in Kitchenaid and the price of replacing the fridge is out of sight for us. Where did you get the equipment to check the freon and replace it?
