Question about Marantz SR4003 Receiver
On my Marantz SR4003 the Red stand by light is flahing rapidly, this occurred when the power went off on in a blink of an eye. This also happened about 6 months ago, my son pushed a couple of buttons and unlocked it, he is overseas at the moment and I can't ask him. Can you help?

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

my friend has the same problem with an SR 4001. the tech said it was an internal fuse soldered to the board. the display showed an error code that clued in the tech of the problem. I am trying to find the fuse on the board, and trying to get a value(Volts-amps) of the fuse

Hello there Ed.
For anyone that has ever had such an issue with a MARANTZ SR series (6001. 7001. 7002. 8001...etc...) issue a question and I do HAVE the answer.
I could be just anything, or just the low quality binding posts used by MARANTZ for that.
Please describe to me in details how you've connected your speaker wires at the back, and give me description when and how did this problem came up.
