That probably indicates that the Timer function has been set on the TV. Using the menu option through remote, navigate to timer and switch it off or change to 0.

click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Check the time on your computer's clock in the bottom right corner of the screen (on Windows). Is the clock and date correct? If they are not, then set them to the correct time and date. Hey presto, authentication problems on browser solved.

If your clock keeps needing to be reset every time you start up the machine, then your CMOS Battery is all used up inside the computer and must be replaced by a qualified professional.

Screen goes black unless it's on charge, even though it's fully charged

Right click on the battery icon in the taskbar (Normally located near the clock, bottom right corner of the screen).

In the sub-menu that pops up, select "Power Options".

Next to the power plan you are running, to the right of it, click on "Change plan settings".

Scroll down to and click on "Display" and you will see the computers setting options for both "On battery" and "Plugged in" with the screen turn off time in drop down boxes.

You need to select what time the screen turns off in when no user input is detected for that time. I usually select 5 mins for battery.

Hope this helps, and wishing you a Merry Christmas. ;)
