Hello
You can't do it with a universal remote handset. Try to get its original remote control. Contact the nearest authorised Service Center for Philips at your town.

SOURCE: My tv phillips model prf227 s325 i have

type in the code 319753 followed IMMEDIATELY by the MUTE button. The number sequence and mute button must be done within 20 seconds of each other. Once you hit mute a new menu will appeal click on CHANNEL INPUT (should be the third one down) then a new menu will come up and click AUTO PROGRAM at the bottom, this will go through all the channels (up too I think 90?) and unlock them one by one.

SOURCE: mitsubishi AM2770 factory reset

Unforunately you need the master remote to change the tv to consumer in order to try to use a universal. Mitsubishi is no longer making the master remote for this model.

How do i get my panasonic th37pr9u out of hotel mode....i have tried a few things i found online but no remedy has worked.

Getting out of the hotel mode is very easy. Just go get the Panasonic remote and open your tv. Go near the tv and hold down the V/- button on the television itself. Then use the remote and press the AV button for 3 times. A hidden menu on the television screen will appear. Turn off the "Hotel Mode" from the menu and exit. Do not touch anything from the hidden menu except the hotel mode. Now you can use your tv in normal mode. The remote is required to access the hidden menu so be sure your remote is working and has working or full charged battery before doing the steps above

Unlock Philips model # 37HFL5581V/27

Hotel TVs use unique remote codes so guests will not steal the remotes. A universal remote is unlikely to contain the code.

My TV model is co21slu250bb ,onida ultra slim.what is the remote number I need. Volume lock is on and hotel mode is on.

To unlock it and to release the Hotel Mode option to normal mode, you have to enter its service mode. To get into its service mode, you should have its original remote control. No universal remote control will go.

To buy its original remote control, contact the authorized service centre, or authorized dealer to your device brand. They can either give you a genuine remote control to your device, or can direct you, from where can you purchase a suitable one.

Visit this site to know more about how to enter and adjust the service mode. Service mode entry and adjustments to many popular brand TVs and other devices are given.

Unlock hotel mode TV without remote, if not possible please let me know thanks

You should have a remote control to unlock the Hotel mode. To select a proper universal remote control, you should know about the number of digits to its set-up codes. There are 3 digit, 4 digit, 5 digit, 2 digit and even single digit codes, to some brand devices. After confirming this, check the sites linked here. Both the sites have set-up code list and set-up procedure to many popular brand remote controls. Check which brand remote control has set-up code/s to your device brand, and buy that one according to availability. Brand name of the remote control isn't a matter, but it should have set-up codes in its code list, to the device brand you have.
Please note: Every new universal remote control will have set-up code list, and set-up procedure along with its pack. Never accept a remote control, that hasn't both of this. For more details about the set-up codes, visit the sites Check this site too.

Universal remote controls are available at most of the electronic spare part selling shops. Visit some online sites too, which deals with electronic spare parts.

Zenith hotel TV turns itself on

Most of the Hotel sets use a different remote to enter the hidden menus--the system that set uses was likely on channel 81 and where it was used they needed it to come on at a specific time----going to get that specific service remote and info on how to change settings---this is the issue with buying these commercial sets.

Zenith is part of LG but different phone numbers etc

Trying to get channels above 42 to 99

I had the same problem the solution is you have to get institutional remote and reset the tv from commercial mode to consumer mode and then you will have access to the full menu. go to www.phillipsitv.com to get the directions. I actually asked a Hotel could I borrow their master remote used it and took it back and my tv works fine. Hope this helps.
