I have this problem also and have been told by the seller to remove the battery and sim for 24 hours and replace them . This seems to be a fix for most of the software problems with these phones

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

White line across screen

A white line across the screen is usually caused by a damaged/burnt out pixel(s) consult technical support for help, but you set is probably damaged beyond repair. I hope you have the reciept, my brother had a similar prob.

My screen on my asus 900 has two lines going across the bottom of the screen.

i may be incorrect, but i believe those lines are dead pixels, basically, they're lines of pixels (or dots) on the screen, that have become permanently one color, usually white or black

Screen lines on MacBook.

Sounds like dropped pixels.  My first guess is the computer has been dropped on its corner, with the pixel dropout radiating diagonally from the corner.
My saint bernard sat on my g3 lombard, and I have vertical pixel dropout because of it, from the top of the screen to the bottom.
And no, it is not normal for a macbook to have lines across the screen.
