Call MITS, and try to get a tech to assist. Green timer flashing is "waiting for CPU to boot". Normally 70 seconds after plug-in. If doesn't stop, then not booting, and you won't be able to turn on. It only boots after being unplugged.
I would causion removing the DM board in this unit. It is buried and the real problem is that there is many capasitors across all the boards of the chassi assy that could go bad. Replacing the ones on the DM will not guarantee fixing the dreadful green Blinking
LED. The only way I have known it to be fixed properly is to actually send the chassi assy. to Mitsubishi for them to refurb it. The negitive thing is that it is exspensive and they will only refurb it through aAuthorized Misubishi Repair Facility.
Cost would probly be around 800.00 to 900.00.

Here's something that might also be useful. After you turn on
the set, and get the regular red blinky lights, hold down the Device

The new bulb that went bad I purchased for less than $130.00 from http://www.Discount-Merchant.com/ . When I called them they immediatly sent me a new bulb free. Their number is 1-619-710-2637. A very good coumpany to do business with. They are also considering selling ballast for dlp TV's for around $200.00. The TV repair place that I have been going to told me that maybe the ballast made the bulb go out and it would cost between $600.00 and 800.00 to have them fix it. My TV is a Mitsubishi WD52725. dodger1
