Did you try the black plug? Also, look at the right hand side of the tray and see if you have a Speaker icon. And if you do have a speaker icon, make sure that your sound is not muted.

Hello
You should have your speakers plugged into output or green hole in back of pc.

Then you may need to go to control panel/sound/ and configure speakers for 4.1 or 5.1.

If you have only 2 speakers use the stereo setting.

If this still does not work try reinstalling the sound drivers for your motherboard or sound card.

No sound

Hello endow1, hi, try this test, unplug you Logitech audio in plug and touch the input, you should hear a humming sound, Adjust the volume settings to high to hear it. If you cannot hear the humming sound, then there are problems you need to check. Place you speakers near your ear and adjust the volume Up and Down, you may hear a soft hum that should go up and down. Absence of the hum means that the speaker has loose connection from amplifier to speaker driver, or loss of power, check to see if there is pilot light.

Hi. Did you plug in the subwoofer/control to the Green Slot on the back of your pc ? (should be green wire connected in the green slot)
Then you connect the 2 speakers in the back of the woofer. you will see a little slot with the label Speakers next to it.

Hope this helps, if this is not what you have already tried.
