Question about Computers & Internet
NEED TO SEE WIRING CONNECTION. WHEN I HIT THE POWER BUTTON TO TURN IT ON, THE POWER LIGHT JUST FLASH, AND TURN OFF.
This isn't a wiring problem. It's a hardware problem--Could be the power supply or the motherboard itself.
I would recommend disconnecting everything but the CPU and trying to turn it on. If you get the same problem, it's most likely the P/S but could be the motherboard or CPU.. I'd start with the P/S

The blinking Amber light most often indicates a problem with the power supply. In rare occasions it can also be an issue with the motherboard as well. If you PC is still under warranty call Dell as soon as possible to have this addressed.
If it is out of warranty, it depends on your experience and aptitude on working on PCs. It is possible to order a power supply and replace it yourself. Look at other vendors first before buying one from Dell as you can often get one for much less money. Replacing them is not too difficult, though you would be taking a gamble that it is not a motherboard is not bad (though odds are in your favor).
