This isn't a wiring problem. It's a hardware problem--Could be the power supply or the motherboard itself.
I would recommend disconnecting everything but the CPU and trying to turn it on. If you get the same problem, it's most likely the P/S but could be the motherboard or CPU.. I'd start with the P/S

SOURCE: press power button amber light flash for about 2

The blinking Amber light most often indicates a problem with the power supply. In rare occasions it can also be an issue with the motherboard as well. If you PC is still under warranty call Dell as soon as possible to have this addressed.

If it is out of warranty, it depends on your experience and aptitude on working on PCs. It is possible to order a power supply and replace it yourself. Look at other vendors first before buying one from Dell as you can often get one for much less money. Replacing them is not too difficult, though you would be taking a gamble that it is not a motherboard is not bad (though odds are in your favor).

Good luck,

Need a wiring diagram for J .D 6630.to solve a starter problem.Thank you

You don't need a wiring diagram friend, use a test light on the small wire at the starter solenoid and turn the key to start it. If the light comes on when try to crank engine and it don't crank over, replace the starter solenoid. If the light don't come on, there's no power from the switch to the solenoid and may just need to push the plug for wiring harness connection back onto the switch. This is about the only thing that ever happens when the problem happens.

Installing aftermarket turn signals on a Suzuki 1978 gs1000. Windjammer fairing removed so I have no wiring reference for turn signals. Need a wiring diagram, or just a simple explanation. PLEASE help....

Get a test light. Hook clip on - side of battery. Turn on turn signals and ck wires. The light will flash, that is the + wire. If turn signal has only 1 wire hook that to the + wire. The - connection will ground through frame and complete the connection.

Xvs 650 wiring diagram

Hi, Anonymous before diagnosing any turn signal/running light/parking light issue make sure the bulb is good and the light fuse has continuity with a test light. If you have replaced you OEM lights with LED lights you are going to need a load equalizer. If no turn signals work the cause could be a faulty turn signal module or the connector going to it, look for corroded, loose, or broken pins/sockets. Contact spray cleaner is great for removing corrosion. If your speedometer does not function properly it will have to be fixed first because your turn signal module gets the data from the speedometer for normal turn signal function. If your front turn signals don't work use a test light to check for power and ground at the bulb socket, then start backtracking the wiring through every wire connector to the turn signal switch/button and check for continuity, go all the way back to the fuse if necessary to find the cause of the malfunction. If your rear turn signals don't work check your rear fender wiring harness connector first for corroded, broken, loose pins/sockets, power, and a good ground, (the harness connector is usually located under the seat on the front of the rear fender) then keep tracing the wiring look for obvious harness damage caused by the rear tire. If you still can't find the malfunction backtrack from the rear fender wiring harness connector. If one side does not work you could have a faulty turn signal switch or module check for continuity. Both turn signals flash

Hi Anonymous, always check fuses and bulbs first, you could have a faulty turn signal module or a bad turn signal button/switch, remove it from the switch housing and check for continuity, check your wiring and connections from the turn signal switch to the turn signal module with a testlite. Make sure all wires are not worn or pinched and connector pins are not corroded, broken, or loose. For a free wiring diagram please visit the website below:

Im blowing the accesories fuse and tail light when i hit a bump

Hi Djstreetglid, always check fuses and bulbs first for broken filaments. Then check the connection at the rear fender wiring harness, inspect for corroded, broken or loose pins. Use a dab of dielectric grease and repair as necessary. Check your brake relay if you have one , check your brake light switches for continuity, some models rear turn signals were single filament bulbs only, no running light. If all else fails get out your test light and start tracking the power wire from the harness connection. 1984 Honda GL 1200 Aspencade Gold Wing turn signals not working

Hi, Weasmel4342 before testing any electrical component in the Light Circuit it is "IMPERATIVE" that you have a fully charged battery of 12.5 volts or more and be able to pass a proper "LOAD" test because your battery may have 12.5 volts or more but little or zero amps causing the battery to be faulty and must be replaced, especially "AGM" batteries, also before diagnosing any turn signal/running light/parking light issue make sure the bulb is good and the light fuse has continuity with a test light. If you have replaced your OEM lights with one or all LED lights you are going to need a load equalizer.
If no turn signals work the cause could be a faulty turn signal module or the connector going to it, look for corroded, loose, or broken pins/sockets. Contact spray cleaner is great for removing corrosion.
If all four turn signals flash at the same time like hazard lights even though you only pressed one turn signal button then you have a LED light in the circuit and need a load equalizer that can be purchased from any motorcycle parts supplier.
If your rear turn signals don't work check your rear fender wiring harness connector first for corroded, broken, loose pins/sockets, power, and a good ground, the harness connector is usually located under the seat on the front of the rear fender then keep tracing the wiring look for obvious harness damage caused by the rear tire.
If you still can't find the malfunction backtrack from the rear fender wiring harness connector.
If one side does not work you could have a faulty turn signal switch or module check for continuity.
