You need to wipe the router back to the factory settings. goto the manufacturers website and it should tell you how to do it. If you cant get online check to see if you had an installation disk with the router. They usually have a full manual that you can run from the disk. Nearly all routers have the same password to reset them, depending on the make and model

How do I disable Zonet router's firewall?

You may want to try to manually configure the router with an static DNS. You should be able to contact your ISP for the DNS server IP and then log into your router and enable manual DNS settings on your router to use the DNS IP address.

Since Zonet no longer exist you should have a user guide handy,

How to replace linksys-g home router with linksys e3000

Use the laptop with a network cable to check connection. Just connect the NEW? e3000 to the ISP modem. It should work right from the start. If the e3000 is not new, there is a reset in the back.Hold it till it cycles.

The wireless on the laptop should pick up the new router as a new network.

You can even go further back by cycling the ISP modem as well.

I am unable to connect my wireless router modem with my ISP

If you go in to the router settings there should be somewhere that tells you the state of the connection. For example - training, syncronising, connected etc. Commonly there is a problem at the ISP's end although they won't usually admit it! Is a router that has been working previously?
