The refrigerator needs to be perfectly leveled side to side dn should pitch back slightly. Also look at the plane of the doors, that is to say that they should be squared to the cabinet. If they are sagging, you may need to adjust the hinges.

There is a water evaporation tray in the back of the frig. Air pressure fron closing door makes air bubble thru tray. Its not a problem.

Sounds like the door hinges have gotten loose and let the door drop. With the door open can you move the door up and down? If hinges are tight you should NOT be able to.

SOURCE: Hi, I have Frigidaire side
It is probably a cracked lower bushing or loose lower hinge. If the hinge is tight, then the bushing is probably bad. It is not a hard part to change. Empty the door then then remove the top door hinge. The door should lift off the lower hinge and expose the bushing. Put in a new bushing, grease it a litte with some Vaseline or equivelent and reinstall the door. This link has an exploded view and part # of the bushing (#22 on the diagram).
Hope this helps
