a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Manual is here: http://www.brother-usa.com/ModelDocuments/Consumer/Users%20Manual/UM_PT_65_65SB_65SCCP_65SL_65VP_EN_166.PDF
Your cassette appears empty or otherwise non-functional. Please see page 2 of the above manual.

If the end is already messed up you may need a new cartridge, if you can remove the tape and feed the end under the guide on the cartridge and re-install it should work properly again.

SOURCE: too much tape
Hi, it seem your label maker is set to the last(amount) of labels printed. Go to: Print Labels, click; Number of Labels; clear to set to (1) Label. That should stop the run off of labels. Thanks paul70f9
