Question about Cell Phones
Most likely it is beyond repair.
Rewmove the battery, place the phone in a warm, dry location for several days, until all the water has disappeared.
Install the battery in the cell phone, charge the battery then power up the cell phone. If it works then you are lucky.

Thank God that you got a SE Phone, as SE Phones are just fun to customize as well as to unlock.
There are few steps to follow and the only requirement is you should have the Data Cable of your phone, which comes with the new phone.
If you have it just follow the steps described by out expert here.
This is a standard procedure and works 100%, I've tested it a number of times with full success.
Read it carefully, if you have any confusion, ask me before doing anything.
I hope this will help you out.
If you think I was of help, your token of appreciation in the form of rating will be esteemed.
