hydraulic washers in use have a steel surround with a rubber insert which acts a a seal
the rubber seals off and the steel stops hydraulic pressure from pushing it out of place
or the there is a crack in the thread where the hex nut is
get a new washer from a hydraulic shop and if that doesn't fix it, you may have to get a new valve body
discuss the problem when you are at the hydraulic shop for more ideas

How can a hydraulic leak on the 3 point hitch control valve be fixed ?

Hydraulic leaks can only be fixed by swapping out the part for a new one. I would check the lines for tightness first, but if you can see it leaking from the valve body itself, you need a new one.

How to add brake fluid international 574

It has hydraulic brakes, you will have to bleed the brakes. There is a bleeder screw on top of each rear axle, and it looks like a grease zerk.
This procedure will require a clean bucket and 1/4, 3/8 or 5/16 inch clear tubing that will fit over bleeder screw nipple.
To bleed the brakes run the tractor until the Hytran hydraulic fluid reaches operating temperature.
Run engine at fast idle 1400-1600 RPM, block rear wheels.
With tubing connected to nipple on bleed screw and other end in clean bucket, loosen bleed screw and let hydraulic fluid drain until you are air bubble free, then close bleed screw. Repeat on other brake. Do not pump brakes while bleeding.
Check and if needed, Top off the hydraulic fluid with clean fluid, make sure transmission fluid level is full or over full. Also check for leaks at the bottom of dash and along the top of transmission cover. The brake lines run from under battery box along the top of transmission and then go to the rear axles.
You might have to repeat the bleeding process to get all the air out of the lines, if the bleeding works but only lasts a few days then it probably has leaking seals in brake pistons.

Hydraulics get were they won't lift anything like round hay bales etc.

can be a lot of different problems-check fluid level if low fill to proper level --leak in hydro line-check all lines for leak--air in system -bleed system -wrong hydro fluid in system-check for correct fluid---seal at pump leaking-check around pump--controls leaking not holding allowing back pressure--test controls for internal leaks repair or replace if necessary--hydro pump internal malfunction/valves/piston/gears-pressure test repair or replace if necessary

Car goes into revese but will not move

these cars have valve body problems due to 5 large electronic solenoids operating within the vale body...they act like elctromagnets and attract alot of metal fragments subsequently hanging up valves and normal movement within the valve body...good news is these can be serviced from above as the cover is top mounted under the battery...once that valve body is removed it would be advisable to crcuit check all channels with compressed air to simulate hydrallic pressure to circuits and verifying no internal failures or circuit leaks... I wish it was easier but you need internal diagnostic and hopefully the trans doesnt need tore down all the way and can be fixed with a valve body alone....good luck
