Question about Microsoft Windows Live Messanger
Click the share button below the youtube video. Copy the shortened URL and paste it into the chat window. I believe by default it allows you to send links, but depending on settings and the versions of the clients you're using they may be blocked.
Usually adding spaces around non-alphanumeric characters in the URL will allow it to be sent. Then they can remove them when they paste it into their browser.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

First see if there is any firewall blocking WLM, you can check that from the settings of the firewall that you are using, like Windows Firewall or Zone Alarm. If so change the setting.
If not, check is any other messenger services are having the same issue. You can check it with yahoo messenger or skype.
The final and best option would be to uninstall the old WLM completely from the computer and reinstalling it from the internet.
