Question about Coffee Makers & Espresso Machines
I need the instructions for making epresso and froth for this machine and a source for replacement parts.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: frothing tube
It sounds like the tube is clogged. Remove the silver tip on the bottom of the tube. Hold it up to the light and see if you can see through it. If you can not, take a tooth pick and clean the tip out. This seems to have worked for mine.

I have the same problem and this is the second machine. I warrantied the first one because it stopped working. I brewed one espresso with this machine and now no water or steam will come out. Help?

I'm looking for a part for my Briel ES37S - Espresso Machine. I found what appears to be a New Jersey company that sells parts for US customers. I haven't called or e-mailed them yet, so I can't say that I've verified their parts selection, but I thought it would be good to share their contact information anyway.
Here is the contact info, as copied from their website:
"If you want to place a parts order, you can e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, fax us at (201) 439-1701 or call 800 223-1898. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover."
I plan to e-mail them and ask if they have the milk-frother knob, which I also need for my machine. IF I find that they don't have this part, or that it isn't worth contacting this company, then I'll post another message here and let you know.
Your mileage may vary...

SOURCE: leaking system frother
Is the frothing wand completely screwed in? You can actually unscrew it (or partially unscrew it) by moving it slightly when you're cleaning it. Twist the black tip, at the very bottom, and you'll find that you can screw it on & off. Make sure it is screwed on tightly & it shouldn't leak.
