Before you can create a playlist and transfer (or synchronize) them to your Sansa

I have downloaded audiobooks from library, message to synchronize

Maybe you do need to synchronize. Some websites, require you to synchronize the files before you can play them. It is just their way of locking you down to their rules :D.

SYNCHRONIZE MESSAGE

Unfortunatly I think we may have to get a subscription to the site we are downloading music from. I have a 30 day free trial membership with Rapsady and I have had to reconnect my Sansa to my computer and visit there site approx 3 times to re-synchronize. It seems to synchronize automaticaly when you are logged into the site and your membership/free trial is still good. Hope this helps.

Sloooooowwww sync'ing

hey lisanicole94

If you haven't found out an answer, it's simple. All you have to do is go to the Windows Media Player (while you have the player plugged in), go to the drop down in the Sync mode, and go to Format. This will get it up to speed, but you'll have to put your tunes back in coz it deletes all the music that was on it.

Good Luck!! quick143@verizon.net

Synchronize my m240

The "please synchronize" error refers to the license for the library audio book you have on your device.

You will need to contact the content providers to troubleshoot the license issue.

Best of Luck.

Why do I have to keep synchronizing?

The message refers to your account with Rhapsody. You need to "Synchronize" with Rhapsody to validate your licenses in which they verify that your account is valid. You should generally receive this message every 15 to 30 days. Best of Luck.
