Test all leads that attach to your hard drive including electrical extensions,IDE,SATA

the leads from your ((motherboard to your hard drive)) make sure they have a secure connection and are not faulty or just replace them they might be faulty

make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd 3 1/2 inch floppy have secure connections and are not faulty even the electrical extensions or just replace them they could be faulty
a computer needs its connections to continue its cycle and to have an end so any faulty leads will end up with a computer error
also

click start control panel, display, desktop you can select a different desktop from the drop down list
or a browse button where you can select different pictures this may vary depending on your operating system

also settings you can change the settings for more or less pixels or from the drop down list pick the appropriate level of color range or troubleshoot also select advanced then general dpi normal size, larger size or custom settings
always click APPLY after making any changes

hope this helps you

An audio multi media driver for asus p4b533

1. Usually going to the manufacturer site is a good place to download any lost or corrupted drivers or installation software.
You may also call the manufacturers customer service line and talk to a customer service agent or tech will be happy to assist you in getting the driver or installation disk you need to restore your PC unit to factory default and beyond.
You will need to know the model number and operating system information to give them a mental look at what they are working with.
I hope this helps. Have good day!

No audio on custom built computer using Abit NF8V

I'm assuming you have the little jacks for the speakers to plug into.... As crazy as this sounds, make sure you have the speakers plugged into the right jack. The icons by the jacks are not all that clear. You might have the speakers plugged into the "Line In" jack? I've done it myself and I'm a Computer Engineer!

Manual!

SOLTEK has gone bankrupt.
Their web-site is "down".
So, there is *NO* "support" available from SOLTEK.

However, the "line out" socket on the back-panel (or the front-panel) can be connected to a set of headphones, if you have the correct cable.
