SOURCE: Hi, i have a Modensa
Ok with cots and stuff like that the supplier has to by law make spare parts available for 2 years after the product has been discontinued. I would seriously get back on the phone to them and state the law and see if they budge. I dont know how old the cot is but hopefully it is not that old.
Also you may find that the fittings you need are standard and even used in more modern cots. Have another go at them and see where you can get.
As a last resort maybe get some advice from a local nursery supplier and see if they can help.
Sorry I cant be of more assistance but this is what I have had to do in the past

Where do you live? This crib is made and sold in Great Britian. If you live there, great! You should be able to get replacement hardware. Here is the phone #: 0845 606 7772 and website: http://us.mamasandpapas.com/en-US/
Don't try and replace the screws or bolts yourself. Home repairs are NEVER recommended on baby cribs. This furniture should be the safest thing in your home, so make sure it is put together correctly with only the proper parts.

You find instructions for most Mamas and Papas cots clicking here.
Even if your cot is not listed, check the models in the websites and have a look to different models instructions. Most M&P manuals are assembled in the same way.
