Question about Palm Zire 31 Handheld
It does sound like your battery or a connection between the battery & the rest of the inner workings. I would suggest contacting some aftermarket dealer/repair center and get a replacement battery. Be very specific about your Palm model number. If you are going to take it apart (doesn't matter if its out of warranty) the screw size is a Torx-6. There is one screw hidden under the label on the back.
