The gadget that you pull upward to release the stroller for opening has been lost (the one on the right). That, and something in the back seems to have dislodged from it's bracket. Is there any repair or service in the Bay area?

Pull the release and have someone hit the hood with there hand in the middle of the hood, by the latch/front. Then adjust the latch upwards. If the cable is broke then go from the bottom and push the release left or right to release. Follow the cable.
Open gadget compartment, remove all gadgets or attachments and the hepa filter will be below the vented frame...look next to the end with the hose and you'll see two spring clips (part of the vented frame) and squeeze them to allow the vented frame to release and move upward. This will expose the filter. Reinstall in reverse.
To open the Unibig, first pull both primary locking levers and gently shake the pushchair, until it starts to open. Push down on the plastic moulding at the rear of the pushchair with your foot, while at the same time pulling upwards on the handles, until the secondary lock engages and keep going until the primary lock on either side is engaged.
It is important to make sure that the red latch on the side is not visible. The armrest should now be locked in place. It may be necessary to place a hand on the side mouldings and gently pull upwards on the handle until the right and left primary locks are secure.
You could obtain an instruction manual from [email protected].
Stand behind the folded stroller, ensuring the handle is on the top of the stroller.
Bend down and place your hands on the handle bar, DONT lift the pram, make sure it stays on the floor.
Push the white button on the inside of the left hand side of the handle bar.
Pull both triggers (located inside of the handle bar) toward you and lift the handle up.
Stand up-right, and place your foot onto the bottom of the two axles which you can see in front of you (make sure that you have your foot on the axle which connects the two small swivel wheels).
Whilst you are standing, with your hands on the handle bar and your foot on the axle, push the axle out with your foot away from you and slightly upwards. This should open the chassis up-right. Please note that the chassis will appear to be unstable and move, this will stop the minute that you click on your carseat/carrycot or seat unit.
I hope this helps.
You need to release the red clip that holds the stroller closed first. Look around for that. Then, pull the parent handle and one of the child trays apart until the stroller locks in the open position.
you need to lift the collapsing mechanism and pull top part of pram upwards. it will click into place. then you need to press buttons on handle at same time to release handle to adjust it to height you want.

I can't find a manual and I don't know this particular product but I always have to get this for my wife on our strollers...
Usually on the side (one or both sides) there is a hook/button holding the metal together in folded position. It could even be in the handle, but its almost always on the sides.
Its hard to see through all the bunched up fabric and metal, but I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE you to look again for the release.
This little switch, clasp, lever, button or whatever should instantly pop this thing open or its broken!
To fold the Pliko, first the both handles have to be pulled out. To do it, grab the plastic (1) which is just under the handle (with a little hook on it), and pull it upwards. Pull the whole handle upwards, so it gets out of the catch situated near the front wheel (2). Do the same with the other handle (maybe it is possible to do it with both at once - I'm not sure yet). And then lift the back handle (3) (between the rear wheels) up, folding the pushchair. To lock it folded, you have to use the same catches, which had to be released earlier, to hold the handles - but this time they catch the handles somewhere in the middle (4).
