Try this - I searched the Cuisinart Web Site and it looks like this may work.

My mom gave me her Le Chef that had several cracks in the handel and also the place where the handel attaches to the bowel with a screw was broken. I Used Loctite super glue for the crackes in the handel and a loctite epoxy putty that can be molded into the shape needed to fix the place where the screw attaches the handel to the bowel. After the putty set I sanded it to refine its shape and matched the screw hole in the bowel with the handel then drilled a small polit hole in the handel. I slipped the handel into the slot in the bowl and attached it with the screw and now I have a good as new Le Chef.

I was not aware that they came with manuals.. you might try talking to chefs or restaurant owners,i.e. other people in the field of food processing.
