There are many capture programmes available. The drivers are supplied only on the manufacturers web site and in most cases are supplied with the software when you purchase it.

PAL B use 5.5 Mz and 6.5 Mz in DK and I so you need modfy the sound if section removing 6.5 Mz ceramic filters with 5.5 Mz fiter and so on better way buy old VCR and connect video out and audio out to your LCD and put AV to view the TV channels
