Question about Frigidaire FRS26KF5C Side by Side Refrigerator
In the bottom of the freezer side, every other day we must chip out a 3/8 inch thick ice that forms...otherwise we have water running out of the freezer onto the floor. Other than that..everything seems to be the proper temp.
Rita, your drain hole is frozen over and when your refer goes into defrost the water is running out into the cabinet instead of down the drain hole. Remove the evaporator cover and poor some boiling water in the evaporator drip pan. This should melt the ice and clear the drain hole....Catriver...post back.
